Banquet Awards Dinner 2015

Join us for a delicious, elegant meal while honoring those who demonstrated extraordinary accomplishments this past year on behalf of the food allergy community, and while supporting the important work AFAA engages in throughout the year.

We will gather at 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 12th, at  Jimmy’s Food and Cocktails, in Minnetonka at Crosstown Hwy 62 and Shady Oak Road.  Cash bar opens at 5; dinner is served at 6; Award presentation is at 7 p.m.

Choose From these entrees:

• Baked Four-Cheese Penne (vegetarian)
• Petite Filet Mignon with Mashed Potatoes & Aspargus
• Turkey with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Green Beans, Cranberries
• Strawberry Champagne Chopt Salad (milk-free, egg-free, vegetarian)

Dinner also includes first course choice of soup or salad; bread; tea, soft drinks, coffee, milk; and also a selection of delightful desserts.  

All meals will be free of Shellfish, Fish, Peanuts, and Treenuts.  (Contact AFAA for additional necessary dietary restrictions.)
