Booth Outreach Program
AFAA's Booth Outreach Program provides educational materials at booths and tables at conferences and conventions - reaching thousands of people each year. The venues range from medical conferences to hosptiality expos, teachers conferences, science and health fairs, and many other types of events. The largest of these events is the Minnesota State Fair, during which the AFAA booth is fully staffed 12 hours a day for 12 full days.
We welcome volunteers for staffing shifts at booths, and provide admission and parking reimbursement to vounteers, and often wiill provide an AFAA tee shirt to wear at the booth (and to keep).
